And the saga continues. I’m not talking about Star Wars but about writing for English class. This time the assignment is about a video titled “Why Is Modern Pop Music So Terrible?,” a 20-minute rant about the new music styles and the bad influences they have on the music industry. Of course, the Beatles are amazing (not) and of course the depth in sound was way better in the old days (which is again not true) and the lyrics were awesome in the 60’s (also, not true).
But hey, if the teachers say it is true, it is true! (which again is not true). The maker of this video put his opinion on the market. That is great for him. The teacher is saying this video is true. That is great for him as well. However, writing a comment about it is just making me want to grab a bucket and puke in it.
Why does my brain have to think about a nonsense item, which has no use to be in my head in the first place, and make a comment or react on a topic that is just not relevant in this day and age?
I love the 90’s, I love some contemporary music and I love some contemporary popular music. If you like the old, stay in your lane and stop complaining about it. Your lane is the best, it is the greatest of all time and it is the most beautiful thing you will ever see. So, vote for Trump, greet Hitler and don’t join the future. Oh, I passed the 250 word-limit again, bye!
